The
program covers communication skills in three areas --
interpersonal, interview and extemporaneous speaking/presentation.
It also covers leadership skills and what we call the
"competitive element," the psychological part
of competing, skills applicable in the professional world
as well as the pageant community. For pageant contestants,
our work is also specific to platform development, the
on-stage question or interview, opening and closing statements
as well as other specifics.
